September 2010 – October 2011 Responsible for: Cold calling, database mining, internet search and pre-screening qualified candidates, Networking within our target industries to develop and disseminate competitive intelligence, Working closely with Managers and teams to obtain information needed for effective sourcing and updates on clients, Partner with client Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine specific search parameters, Passive searches (LinkedIn, Xing, Face Book, Twitter, Google, etc)

• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for EMEA Security and IT positions within Global Services for Verizon. • Sales Recruiter in the Latin American market, representing one of the top software companies in the world directly covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, Chile, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Peru. • Handled very hard to find, passive searches for positions in the operations, commercial and technical areas of the company for Sales Directors.

• Responsible for Camargo Correa, Chevron and Rio Tinto regional accounts for which I handled all their executive recruiting. • For Rio Tinto I was in charge of recruiting all the crew captains for the fleet which required extensive travelling. • For Camargo Correa I searched for top Industrial Engineers and Managers for different operations within Loma Negra factories. • For Chevron I tested both English proficiency as well as overall soft/hard skills experience.

August 2007 – July 2008 (1 year) •• Joined as a Sourcing Specialist and progressed into Senior Recruiter. • Sourced large volumes of active candidates. • Conducted research and investigated new ideas for innovative sourcing strategies. • Strong focus on headhunting passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research in North America. • Search expert for particular clients by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.

• Providing a high level of customer service via phone and email to Microsoft Xbox customers throughout Europe, the United States, Canada, and South America in English, Spanish, and French. • Ensuring quick and accurate responses to a multitude of different problems across various Xbox products and services including all Xbox and Xbox 360 Accessories and Equipment, and Xbox Live, the online Xbox Entertainment and Gaming service.
