- Conduct full cycle recruiting of technical and non-technical candidates at all levels - Partner with hiring managers on recruiting needs and priorities - Source candidates utilizing all available resources including networking, Internet, advertising, employee and external referrals - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting - Engage in activities to increase brand awareness in the community - Optimalize staffing processes and procedures
