Über mich
I’m an UX designer with a background in communication and sales. I have experience working in the health and fashion sector, where I specialized in implementing sales and promoting campaigns using either b2b or b2c frameworks. In my roles, I analyzed the customer journey from initial contact to point of sale, identifying the best customer touch points to increase sales. After some time in this fields, I realized that I wanted to focus more on the customer as well as on problem solving, and that is when I shifted towards user experience design. Leveraging both my sales experience and creativity, I want to build products that invite the user to a seamless and headache free interaction.
