1. Provide Technical support for Huawei PS/EPS core products to Huawei customers, partners, and sales/marketing teams. PS/EPS/GUL Troubleshooting, KPI tracing and problem resolutions 2. Handle all technical support problems including SGSN(MME)/GGSN/UGW(SGW+PGW)/CG installation/configuration/patches to complex troubleshooting and problem resolutions 3. Responsible for storage routine maintenance and technical support. Execute and assist update/upgrade and rectification operations.

GSM BTS (Nokia-Siemens) routine maintenance 1. New sites acceptance checkout 2. Drive tests for department of radio planning 3. Alarm handling 4. Subscribers' complaints resolution
