Bella&Bona is a B2B cloud-canteen and food-delivery startup based in Munich. In 12 months since launch we raised $3M in seed funding and generated more than $1M ARR. We're now expanding into Frankfurt and Berlin and, from 2021, in the rest of Germany to revolutionize the working lunch experience.

Close Activities lead position. Mapped and tested current business and operational processes. Evaluated price trends to understand competitive environments, assess current strategies and evaluate potential areas for improvement (Turnkey Price project, Assy-Test OSAT model). Cash saving activities (Credit Note standardization process). Microsoft Power BI training and implementation of dashboards to retrieve data. Training and supervision of new interns.

Monthly Close and support activities for Subcontractors and M&A projects (Support to $2Bn integration). Collected, updated and maintained data to facilitate followup and permanent record. Developed standard procedures and document workflows for current and future process steps. Received incoming calls and messages, conducting meetings with strategical counterparts and addressed or triaged phone requests. Writing and update of Desktop Manuals and SOPs.

- Delivered clerical support by efficiently handling wide range of routine and special requirements. - Helped with administrative support, including managing incoming calls, updating Excel spreadsheets, sorting, distributing mail, producing timely reports. - Enhanced collaboration between team members by preparing conference materials, taking clear notes during conferences for events' Executive summary. - Represented company at National Conference for Industry 4.0, direct interaction with respondents.

- Autocad design principles. - Received and forwarded incoming communications such as phone calls, emails and letters, provided information and took messages. - Kept physical files and digitized records organized for easy updating and retrieval. - Supported engineer on special assignments, including measurement on site and design of projects.
