Focusing on the process improvement to implement the proper way to manage the project in successful manner and to achieve Client’s satisfaction. From process mapping to statistical analysis (DMAIC, Process capabilities, Control Chart, 7-waste, FMEA, Value stream,) the role is to detect critical process flaws to eliminate these reasons of defects, replace the stated needs and achieve the goals as well as the functional efforts across the whole organization to improve the Company’s profitability.

Joint in a special team, leader in strategic consultancy and management / marketing of shopping centres, my activities had been focus on the technical support required by the clients throughout the extensive real estate execution processes that called for the co-ordination of numerous disciplines. The intended aim has been to create value and to avoid risk, by coordinating and aligning the construction solutions with the financial goals established by the Owner.

In charge to build up and promote the economic solutions to achieve the clients satisfaction through the definition of solid relationship with the clients and investors, my primary responsibility was the Company's commercial and profitability success.

Consultant by Multi-Development as a NOC coordinator, Infrastructure and Landscaping Manager for the development of multifunctional football stadium with shopping centre, gym village, multiplex and office building. Under my responsibility the general planning, the coordination of the shop drawing and the Municipality permit achievements.

The Design and Construction coordination as strategic fields to allow the Client more profitability in the same investment. How to reduce the chances of decreasing their gains through the constructability definition in the Tender phase.
