I am a UX researcher based in Berlin with a background in customer experience and operation. I have developed expertise in problem-solving and communication, working with clients worldwide and different stakeholders. Empathizing with clients has always been crucial to me. This has helped me to identify their pain points and present suitable solutions that improved the customer experience and increased the repeat customer rate. My goal is to create solutions together with an innovative team to bring value and ease to people’s lives. I especially love designing solutions for healthcare products, sustainability, and music as these are areas of personal interest to me.
