- Assigned as the designated analyst for one large (systemic bank), two medium, and one small bank, collectively representing 1/4 of the banking system assets, - Conducted in-depth analyses and assessments of financial risks for assigned banks, - Prepared comprehensive financial analyses reports, contributing to the understanding of banks' financial health, - Executed the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Designated supervisor for saving houses, overseeing regulatory compliance, - Acted as the designated supervisor from the Governor for the preservation of assets in the liquidation/bankruptcy of four saving houses, - Validated payment orders from saving houses according to Governor's Decision, - Drafted and implemented corrective measures for saving houses, contributing to their financial health, - Played a key role in developing the new Credit Registry, focusing on accuracy and reliability.

- Conducted the review and sharing of important news related to USAID projects, - Stayed informed about project developments and ensured effective communication within the team, - Provided translation services from English to Macedonian and vice versa, occasionally engaged in simultaneous translation during public speeches for USAID officials, - Prepared and organized agendas for visiting experts, optimizing their engagement, - Played a key role in the organization of conferences, workshops, and seminars.
