Main activities: - Management of continuous improvement activities to bring the performances of Manufacturing processes toward operational excellence, focusing on Quality, digitalization, simplification - Implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts combined with Lean methodology - Plant performances evaluation through KPIs setting and trends monitoring.

Main Activities: - Industrialization of New Products: full responsibility for manufacturing product-process development for Wearable Exoskeleton, General industries Robots, Collaborative Robots, AGVs, taking care of manufacturability, ergonomics, value added activities and standard execution Management of industrialization team and steps, CAPEX and OPEX, use of best practices - World Class Manufacturing: Workplace Organization Core Team Member.

Main activities: - W.O. Team coordination - NVAA reduction projects, improvement of ergonomy and standardization of activities - Human error management and Poka Yoke tools - Supporting new products industrialization using Workplace Integration (WPI) tool - Validation of projects savings with Finance - Internal and external benchmaking.

Main Activities: Engineering office and production management of auxiliary systems for rotating machines, such as gas and steam turbines.
