IQPAY is a new startup in the early stage that provides a platform for the electronic delivery of vouchers, gift cards, games cards, and much more. This process enhances efficiency by reducing capital cost, inventory cost, delivery cost, and time to market.

I have established several ventures by building synergies among them; the first was Ava Electronics which became the first distributor for Huawei’s mobile devices in Iraq. Ava Technology for value-added services and integration. Ava Media was an advertising agency and producer that organized many events, such as the first international theater festival in the history of Iraq, and co-produced two films that obtained several international awards. The annual turnover of this group was $10+ million.

I was a founding member and key architect of the evolution of Asiacell from a call center to the largest mobile operator in Iraq that serves more than 14 million customers. On February 2, 2013, Asiacell went public, offering 25% of its equity for $1.3bn, in an IPO that fully subscribed which was the largest in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region since 2008

I directed regional managers responsible for engineering and technical staff for operation and maintenance for the entire Asiacell network in Iraq, including MSC, HLR, OMC, IN, VAS, microwave, and satellite transmission. I led more than 450 engineering staff 600 base stations distributed in 7 governorates. The network I was managing every day served more than 3 million subscribers.

I was responsible for Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, and support of the GSM network for 5000 subscribers that included MSC, HLR, and IN. Integration for the network subsystem with BSS and interconnect with local and international switches. I was the primary for maintenance and support. I could not sleep many nights to keep the system running because our project was the only GSM system in the world to be installed and operated without the physical presence of the supplier

Configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for network elements such as Satellite link, PBX, Internet Connection, Computers, and LAN. Besides working on planning a cellular network for 5000 subscriber capacity.

I started working at Khak TV as a computer engineer; I have reshaped the organization’s identity to become the most innovative and popular TV station by using the latest technologies. Kurdsat TV was the first satellite TV in the history of Iraq that started broadcasting inside Khak TV. I also established the first satellite internet convection in Iraq on the roof of Khak TV.
