- Conducted a comparative packaging study of battery enclosure systems for two-wheelers as a part of the "Electric Vehicle Battery Enclosure Development" project. - Benchmarked electric two-wheelers for their battery enclosure design and development to gather data and insights. - Developed a parametric approach on CAD and mathematical integration between battery and its enclosure for package study.

- Implemented production processes for manufacturing exhaust gas recirculation valves and mechatronic automobile parts, with a focus on quality control standards to meet customer requirements. - Conducted root cause analysis and analyzed production metrics to identify areas for improvement, and trained personnel for lean manufacturing projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

- During apprenticeship I worked on 2 projects - First was the development of a UV Disinfectant System for COVID-19, where I was involved in designing and prototyping the system. - The second project was the development of a Social Distancing Device to Avoid COVID-19, where I was responsible for designing the circuit and programming the device. - Throughout my apprenticeship I demonstrated a high level of dedication and obedience towards my work, and I successfully completed my training program.
