Started my career at TCS in 2010 with Application packaging and deployment teams. Worked with multiple teams in administration and troubleshooting of SCCM, Windows Servers/Clients, Linux, WSUS and ITCM. I joined Microsoft in 2014 starting with Global tech support teams for SCCM & WSUS and grown to Escalation and Debugging roles. Through my 12+ years of experience, I handled various responsibilities like System administration, Automations, Scripting, Remote Tech support, Customer service, Troubleshooting, Technical Lead, Mentor, Escalation and Debugging. I am passionate about problem solving, troubleshooting and delivering solutions to customers. My greatest satisfaction comes from resolving complex and challenging technical problems that I get to troubleshoot with global customers every day.
