As part of the Strategy and Business Planning function for IoT business group, I am responsible for - Business strategy for verticals inside the IoT business group. - Long Range Revenue projections for the business unit encompassing all revenues and costs associated with it. - Business Cases involving possible acquisitions, product revenue projections and overall business projections - The final product offering in terms of pricing inputs, product composition, product placement etc.

As part of the Strategy and Business Planning function for the Enterprise business group, my job encompassed the following, • Responsible for internal strategy regarding product placement, scope of product offering and profitability analysis leading to pricing input. • Strategical input based on market study & analysis for development of new business models • KPI definitions for all product teams in the Business unit.

As Product Manager, I was responsible for business revenue from North & East India to the tune of 15-20 Mio Euros. I also handled the pricing and marketing activities for my product with a special focus on products for emerging markets. Additionally, I was responsible for Sales forecasting, reporting, analysis of the business & business pipeline projections to senior management both in India and Germany

Responsible for optimizing industrial automation solutions(Hardware & Software) for various industrial segments, with a special focus on the Food & Beverages. Scope included from development to commissioning to vendor coordination and technical scope validation.
