Developed an iOT device to track power savings in a household and hence improve energy consumption. Key activites: - Build hardware system from TI iOT board with sensors - Establish cloud communication and cloud storage of energy data - Build user profile which connects based on location/unique addresses - Make an in-house MVP for rapid testing & prototyping - Allow for additional updates and changes as done on the actual device

- successfully monitored and coordinated a group of 70 operators and was able to bring down rejections from 12.2% to 4.6% using OPEX,4Q, LEAN and 5S methodologies. - Nominated for the Leadership Challenge Programme - a 3 day intensive ‘bootcamp’ to hone my managerial skills. - worked on projects which involve high level improvement of shop floor logistic and PLM(Product Lifecycle Management).
