 Prepare, implement, maintaining and continually improve SHE programs at the Roche manufacturing sites that comply with regulatory approvals, laws, standards and Roche internal SHE policies.  Setting strategic SHE Goals and Objectives to close out the audit findings and facilitate the success of upcoming Group Audit.  Report company SHE Performance to the site leadership team as part of management review process.

Responsible to manage SHE in 16 countries in the Middle East Region focusing on continual improvement while driving SHE compliance assurance program. Reporting functionally to Group SHE function in Basel, Switzerland. Currently on an international assignment in Germany to support the German affiliate to prepare, implement, maintain and continually improve SHE Management System to achieve full compliance with Group SHE requirements.

Support and facilitate EHS Management programs for General Electric Power Generation plants in the Middle East Region with excellent track record in ensuring full compliance with the internal and external requirements.

Harness the No Harm goal and build projects and initiatives toward achieving this goal. Responsible for implementing company EHS procedures in Power Generation plants, Transmission and Distribution Networks
