• Innova is a company of “Türk Telekom Group” which is the biggest telecommunication group and one of the sector leader groups in Turkey. • Worked as a member of software development team at between 2007 and 2008 years. • Developed 1000 pay phone system to Turk Telekom. • Took responsibilities in design & architecture, R&D and consultancy of software methodologies.

• Developed technical and software design of products. • Evaluated the software requests and adapt these in an acceptable way to the product, • Coordinate the team and audit these in accordance with CMMI processes and approve team acceptability. • Managed a team of 5-8 people and I report directly to the Group Manager.

• Applications analysis, design and programming of an ISP. Some Projects. ISP Management Software:The software was programmed using Borland C for the Windows component and C software for the Linux component. Aidata Dealer Automation: This B2B software was developed using C# and ASP.NET software tools. In this regard, it is one of Turkey’s first corporate Visual Studio.NET programs. Before the .NET released by Microsoft, this project started with Beta 2 version and completed with the RTM release.
