• Communicating with suppliers to ensure all orders are in place correctly as required. • Check and confirm prices with suppliers for all purchase orders. • Negotiate with suppliers, to get the best deals. • Responsible for stock accuracy with 3PL providers, located in the USA, and Dubai. • Supervise loading plans for 3PL providers during, and after staging. • Communicate with sales & marketing regularly for demand planning, and forecasting.

• Follow up and track local orders within the USA until the receipt of goods. • Check and control all inbounds for different methods of stocking. • Manage cycle counts; producing final results as well as stock adjustments and justifications for inventory at the SKU level. • Control, check and confirm all outbound deliveries for AMCAN’s shipments. • Manage transfers between two warehouses as needed. • Participate in forecasting and demand planning with top management.

• Verify and investigate any variances or discrepancies in the DC. • Supervise cycle counts, and unit counts. • Confirm the daily Manual Stock Transactions (MSTs), to adjust the warehouse stock. • Control reject sales report at stores and fix the discrepancies. • Invoice matching and cost confirmation. • Support stores inventory controls to finalize the negative stock in a daily basis.
