Account management for mobile operator teams Perform a 1st level complaint treatment and report on status, performance and issues towards the MNO’s teams: KAM, PMO and CxO Manage list of complaints and requests aligning on timing and complaint priority (acc. to SLA) Conduct high level analysis of technical problems and accurate troubleshooting to have issues cleared with the customer

Manage technology projects within target time frame and budget to provide service for 2 mobile operators, Plan and track Project Activities Review and create designs, feasibility scenarios and documentation across multiple products, projects and technologies, Analyse and document business processes and problems Develop general PIP, reports and identify inter-project milestones and deliverables

Interface between Marketing and Technical Depts on technical issues Conduct Team Budget and Development plans, test forms for new products: Data-consuming Terminals (Handset, 3G Wi-Fi router, USB modems, M2M and Multimedia devices) and SIM cards RFI/RFP preparation and tender technical part evaluation Quarterly track and align with roadmaps of vendors and internal customers (Sales & Commercials)

Interface between Marketing and Technical Depts. for product development and implementation and service readiness; Suppliers’ and consultants liaison; Tender’s initiation & evaluation
