We provide process improvement consultancy services to our customers. As part of their process improvement and digital transformation strategies, we consult our customers on the use of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. We develop and deploy well-designed RPA solutions for both large enterprises and small and mid-sized companies. Our services help our customers reduce their cost, improve their product/service quality and speed, enable growth and improve their employee and customer satisfaction.

I worked on improving and automating business processes to increase employee productivity, improve the quality of their work and reduce cost. My role included, but was not limited to: - Development and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions; - Re-work of business processes both locally and globally; - Standardization, improvement and optimization of said processes; - Hosting of internal training; - Development and improvement of MS Excel tools.

I was responsible for the parent company of the Micro Matic group, providing accurate and timely data for the top management, as well as local authorities. My key tasks included: - Fixed asset management; - General ledger management; - Inventory management; - Intra-group transaction management; - Forecasting and budgeting; - Financial reporting; - Net working capital; - Legal compliance; - Development of MS Excel tools. I was promoted due to my skills and interest in tech and process improvement.
