With over seven years of experience in industry in various positions and over four years in the field of site contract and budget negotiations, I am a passionate and driven Site Contract Specialist at PPD, a leading global contract research organization. My core competencies include negotiating and executing site contracts, amendments, and budgets for various clinical trials, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and client requirements. As a Site Contract Specialist, I have been assigned by a leading biopharma partner to act as a Local Contract Manager for their clinical trials. In this role, I am responsible for reviewing the study-specific benchmarks, discussing potential issues with project management, and acting as an interface between the sites and the sponsor. I also coordinate contract reviews with the sponsor's legal, data privacy, and compliance teams, and negotiate and execute site contracts and amendments per the legal playbook.
