Develop 1D thermal-hydraulic circuit modeling methodology for lubrication, cooling systems in BEV, Hybrid & AT vehicles for below applications: Transient priming analysis for Gerotor pump in GT Volumetric efficiency, Torque, Temperature estimation in Gerotor pumps in GT Vane pump NVH modeling in GT-Suite & AMESim; Comparative study of tools Develop 1D electro-hydraulic model of valve body for AT in AMESim Performed clutch temperature estimation simulation for MT using Matlab & AMESim.

Role: • Planned and executed structural fabrication and erection of Powerhouse, Mill & Bunker and ESP Control Room of a 500 MW thermal power plant • Gained practical knowledge on field fabrication plans and inspection checks for erection of structural steel Highlights: • Conducted multiple technical inspections for structural fabrication &erection at CSPGCL Korba 500 MW power plant as a site in-charge just 8 months after joining as a trainee
