-Performed detail engineering of coal pulverizer housings, rotary kiln. -Generated CAD models to check/prevent interference between assembled components. - Reduced manufacturing time of pulverizer components by suggesting welded fabrication design of casted components. - Coordinated with manufacturing unit and quality control to develop machining fixtures and inspection jigs. - Supported QA/QC in CAPA (corrective and preventive action) process. - Ensured documentation as per ISO 9001
