Techniques acquired: PCR, Gibson Assembly, Transformation, heterologous expression, DNA and plasmid extraction, electrophoresis Project 2: Isolation of new biactive lipopeptide from Bacillus species of bacteria, using chromatography techniques. Techniques acquired: HPLC, LCMS

• Analysis of samples like food, water,sanitary napkins, food packaging material, cosmetics etc. for pathogenic microbial contamination. • Germ count determination, shelf - life study, sterility tests • Isolation and identification of Microorganisms • Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Hands-on experience in Software like TrackWise and (LIMS) for report writing and lab entries
