Developing a joint project on bender element calibration using a new apparatus called a modified Rowe cell.

Development of non-conventional finite element formulations, mainly of hybrid-Trefftz type, their implementation in the (open-source and user-friendly) FreeHyTE platform, and their application to practical engineering problems.

a- Plan and perform geotechnical site investigations, analyses and provide recommendations, as required in design & construction. b- Plan geotechnical laboratory testing programs and interpret laboratory test data. c- Prepare design specifications and calculation notes for reinforced concrete (tank foundations), buildings, earthworks, roads and underground networks, structural steel pipe racks, piling works and soil improvement for the Early Production Facility plant.

1/ Management and Supervision of the geotechnical investigation projects including preparation of the geotechnical design reports. 2/ Conducting all field and laboratory soil testing including analysis and interpretation of the test results. 3/ Carrying out other geotechnical consultant works such as advanced geotechnical design and analysis (e.g., slope stability analysis, sheet piles design).
