Inside Sales Specialist EMEA - (m/f/d)
Your future tasks:
Central point of contact and interface for our sales force and our national and international customers in the EMEA region
Provide telephone advice and administrative support to our customers, partners and prospects, including pre-sales and after-sales support
Independently prepare, process and follow up on inquiries and quotations
Checking incoming orders, monitoring deadlines and coordinating delivery times
Maintain customer master data in the ERP and CRM systems
Oversee lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system
What you bring:
- Completed commercial education/training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in cross-border inside sales
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, CRM systems and MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Responsible, reliable and structured way of working
- The right mix of team spirit, initiative and prudence
- Strong customer and service orientation, poise and communication skills round out your profile
