Design Flow Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
You will be part of a team responsible in design flow and methodology of IC design. You will have the responsibility for the definition of analog/mixed-signal reference design kits. You will contribute to standardization of Design Support development and verification procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of analog/mixed-signal reference design kits for different EDA vendors.
- Definition of analog/mixed-signal design flows as well as evaluation of new design methods and tools.
- Conception and contribution of verification and standardization procedures for XFAB PDKs and runsets.
- Preparation of technical guidelines.

Technical contact for the EDA vendors and internal or external customers.
AUTHORITY LEVEL
- Decision about tool/ method readiness in line with the PDK to address a specific use case - in consultation with the team.

Information of colleagues/ customers on suitable solutions for certain problems.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in the field of electrical engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of ASIC design flow and semiconductor process are beneficial.
- Good communication skills – good level in English, written and spoken.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, working within multi-national, multi-site team
- Open, curious in new design implementation, integrity and friendly when engaging internal/external customers.
- Self-motivated, progressive attitude, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Innovativeness, analytical skills and a structured way of working
